Welcome to the 2026 Football and Cheer Season!!

We are thrilled to have you as part of our Falcon Family and can’t wait for an exciting season filled with teamwork, growth, and unforgettable memories.

As we gear up for the season, here are a few things to keep in mind:
    •    Communication: Be sure to stay connected through email and team updates for important dates, schedules, and announcements.
    •    Commitment: Football and cheer require dedication—practices & games 
    •    Volunteers Needed: We are always looking for amazing parents and community members to help make this season a success. We are a 100% volunteer run organization. If you’re interested in volunteering, please let us know!

This is going to be a fantastic season, and we are so excited to see our athletes grow, compete, and have fun together. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

FOOTBALL PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • COST FOR 2026 FOOTBALL SEASON: $650
  • Early bird pricing: $600-  ends March 15th

There are 2 Payment options:

  • 1) Pay in full at time of registration ($650):  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.  
  • 2) Football Registration - Pay $150 today + Football uniform cost today and make 4 payments of $125 on April 1st, May 1st, June 1st, and July 1st.

**Please Read**

  • The registration fee cannot be refunded once your player steps on the field for his/her 1st practice. 
  • Participants who quit on their own are not eligible to receive a refund.
  • There is a TRYOUT period. Your registration payment DOES NOT guarantee you a spot on the team.
  • All registrations are subject to approval of the Pleasant Hill Falcons Executive Board.
  • Requests for placement on a specific team, division or requesting a coach will not be accepted. All players will try out and the coaches and board will place the players where they feel is the most appropriate.
  • Please see the most up-to-date league stats for age/weight requirements; these are subject to change pre-season. 
  • Refunds: Please understand that football is a very costly sport and most leagues do not offer refunds because of the very high overhead costs associated with the program. If your athlete decides to quit after being rostered, it does not change the fact that we have paid for their jerseys, clothing, helmets, pads, and other fees associated with fielding a player. If the player does not make a team, the non-refundable deposit of $150 will not be returned. 

Purchased uniforms are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (FOOTBALL):

  • Helmet (returned at the end of the season) 
  • Shoulder pads (returned at the end of the season) 
  • Equipment Bag (returned at the end of the season)
  • Warm up shirt, shorts and athletic bag - YOURS TO KEEP!!!
  • Breast Cancer Awareness Football Socks (Given in October)
  • You will need to provide your own black padded practice pants, cleats, mouth guard, and game-day socks.
  • Home and Away uniforms are an additional cost of $110.00 per set.  These will be yours to keep.  You will purchase them at the end of registration if choosing to purchase your own.
  • NO REFUNDS! 

Cheer Payment Options

  • COST FOR 2026 SIDELINE CHEER SEASON: $550
  • Early bird pricing is $500, ends March 15th

There are 2 payment options:

  • 1) Cheer Registration-Pay in full at time of registration $550   ($100 non-refundable deposit included in this fee). Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a checking account.
  • 2) Cheer Registration - Pay $100.00  (non-refundable deposit) today, then make 4 split remaining payments on April 1st, May 1st, June 1s,t and July 1st

**PLEASE NOTE**  24 CHEERLEADERS MAX PER SQUAD, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.  Wait list will open thereafter.

CHEER UNIFORMS 

  • PAID SEPARATELY- at the time of fitting- total uniform cost $320
  • Fitting day information will be sent to registrants at a later date.
  • The same cheer uniform will be used for the 2025 season
    • Returning cheerleaders will not have to purchase new uniforms unless sizing up.

  • One day JAMZ Camp and T-shirt
  • Jamboree T-shirt

  • Personalized Game Day Cheer Bow

  • End of Year Showcase with EBYFC conference teams

Welcome to the Pleasant Hill Falcons Youth Football and Cheer

The Pleasant Hill Falcons are proud members of the East Bay Youth Football and Cheer League, offering a positive and inclusive environment for student-athletes ages 6 -13 to participate in football and sideline cheer.

Our dedicated volunteer coaches are trained annually in the safest, most effective techniques for contact football and cheerleading. We emphasize “Falcon Pride,”  a commitment to teamwork, dedication, and mutual respect. Values that define our organization and all who are part of it.

Academics are a top priority, and we aim to develop confident, respectful leaders both on and off the field.

We can’t wait to see you on the field this summer and welcome you into the Falcons Family.

July 13th- First Day of Practice 6-8PM

*Football practice will be 5 days a week for the first 2 weeks, then will reduce to 4 days a week,after Jamboree practice will go down to 3 days a week, T, W & TH. Practice will always be 6-8 PM.
