Welcome to the Pleasant Hill Falcons Youth Football and Cheer
The Pleasant Hill Falcons are proud members of the East Bay Youth Football and Cheer League, offering a positive and inclusive environment for student-athletes ages 5 - 13 to participate in football and sideline cheer.
Our dedicated volunteer coaches are trained annually in the safest, most effective techniques for contact football and cheerleading. We emphasize “Falcon Pride,” a commitment to teamwork, dedication, and mutual respect. Values that define our organization and all who are part of it.
Academics are a top priority, and we aim to develop confident, respectful leaders both on and off the field.
We can’t wait to see you on the field this summer and welcome you into the Falcons Family.

July 14 - First Day of Practice 6-8PM
*Football practice will be 5 days a week for the first 2 weeks, then will reduce to 4 days a week and after Jamboree practice will go down to 3 days a week, T, W & TH. Practice will always be 6-8 PM.
July 19 - Cheer Jamz Camp (Berkeley) 8:30-3
August 8 - Varsity Black Scrimmage VS Pittsburg Jr Pirates
August 9 - JP, PW, JV Scrimmage @ CV 10:00 Arrival - 11:00 Game
August 9 - Varsity Purple Scrimmage in Hayward - Times TBD?
August 16 - Jamboree- time and location TBA
August 17 - Falcon Photo Day - POSTPONED
*Novice games may occasionally be scheduled on Sundays.
