The Pleasant Hill Falcons are part of the East Bay Youth Football and Cheer league. We provide a positive environment for local student athletes looking to participate in football and cheer. Our volunteer coaches are trained annually on the safest techniques for playing contact football. We foster "Falcon Pride" in all of our participants. This consists of teamwork, dedication, and mutual respect, all pillars of the Pleasant Hill Falcons organization. We stress the importance of academics, striving to create community role models both on and off the field. We look forward to seeing you on the field this summer and welcoming you into our Falcons Family.

July 4 - Please join us for the Pleasant Hill 4th of July Parade

July 14, 2025 - First Day of Practice 6-8PM

*practice will be 5 days a week for the first 2-4 weeks, then will reduce to 4 days a week and after Jamboree practice will go down to 3 days a week, T, W & TH. Practice will always be 6-8 PM.

July 19th - Cheer Jamz Camp (Berkeley)

August 16, 2025. - Jamboree

*Novice games may occasionally be scheduled on Sundays.

August 30, 2025 - Labor Day Weekend - NO GAMES
